It’s the school holidays & I have a couple of days off with my girls! So just a quick post before I take them for a haircut – long overdue!
This LO is for the latest colour challenge over at SCRAPFRIENDS. They do some cool challenges over there! The colour scheme this time is PINK & TEAL – best combination everrrrrrrr!!

I’ve got loads to share today! Grab a cuppa and come along for a crafty ride!
In September I’m going down to Christchurch to teach a class at the Scrappin’ Patch retreat. If you’re down there and haven’t registered – DO IT! Not many spots left!
Anyway. I chose the line I was going to work with a couple of months back, got the goodies and created my LO’s. Now it turns out that range is almost impossible to get, and we didn’t have enough for the class. So I have now ordered new product to play with and to do the class with, brand new GLITZ product that gets release in a couple of week. EXCITING!
So – I thought I’d share the initial class LO’s with you! I have used the gorgeous Crate Paper “The Pier”, and also some lovely cork embellies from Studio Calico. Head over to the Scrappin’ Patch blog and read about the CHALLENGE I have set over there, with these three LO’s as inspiration. There are prizes to be won!
The class is called “One sketch three ways”. I have used ONE sketch and made three different LO’s . Hope you like, I actually LOVE all three of these LO’s!
Photo credit for the second & third LO goes to the amazing Hannah Blair!
Then two LO’s that I created with the JULY kit from Crazy Monday kits, a kit with loads of possibilities!! I have just added more subscriptions, so stop by the blog or the FB page and find out how to get a kit for YOU!!
If you’re with me still, well done you! Come back soon, I’ve got more to share in a day or two!!

I realised I have forgotten to show a LO I did for a Studio Calico challenge a little while back. Sketch I think? Anyway… This photo is SO precious to me. It’s taken about an hour or two after my family from Sweden arrived in December. It was my dad’s first time ever meeting Elsa, and it had been since 2008 that he saw Tova. So – very cool. And the way they just took to him instantly was magic. Elsa literally ran out with open arms to great him, my mum and my sister when they arrived in the cab from the airport. No, I have no photos of that. I was crying too much… But the memory is forever in my heart that’s for sure!
Back to the LO; it’s Echo Park papers, and then embellishments from the Maggie Holmes little mini kit she did for a class. I didn’t buy the class, just the kit. LOVE the colours! The mist I have used are the mini neon Mr Hueys. Gorgeous colours, aren’t they? And the gold doilies? LOVE! Need to get me some more of those!! 🙂

Had some time to scrap for ME the other night, not very common nowadays! Found a fun sketch over at SCRAPFRIENDS:
Turned the sketch around, played with stamps – was a while ago – added ink, and used my fav collection at the moment; The Pier from Create Paper. And the photos are just TOO fun for me to not want to scrap them over and over again. Am HAPPY about how this one came out 🙂

…that’s all I need. More time please! But at the moment, it’s just not there. So any creativity I do, needs to be done FAST!
My Project Life is a little like that, I grab a few minutes where I can to try and stay up to date. Have you seen my pages? They’re over at my old photo blog; http://swewi365.wordpress.com/.
And the LO I’m about to share, it took me a whole 20 minutes. It’s for the latest comp over at the Crate Paper blog, the theme is polka dots. Maybe not overly showing in my LO, but I’m happy with it and I’m happy to have got some time to create 🙂
Little Miss Elsa was telling me a looooong story and I took some photos. Love her animated face!
Amazingly, a 20 minute LO creates at least 30 minutes of tidy up – so off I go to do that right now!! Thanks for stopping by!
