A lot of STUFF to share

This is what happens when you don’t blog very often. You have LOADS to share… Like everyone else, I have a busy life at this time of year, and the blog gets forgotten. So – brace yourself for a photo heavy post. Thanks to those who makes it through all of it!!

First – a very cool idea that I snatched from Debbie’s blog – a wreath for Tova’s teacher. She put the crayons on, I made the flowers with fabric – DONE! We’re very happy with the result!

My LO for the latest Challenge Me Happy prompt – a coulour challenge! I used the Echo Park “Times & Seasons” line for this.

And while we’re on the FAMILY subject – my last LO for Scottie Crafts, using Simple Stories. It’s actually my last LO ever for them. My term is up… Thank you to Adrienne and team for this past year, you are all such amazing people!

OK, what else – yes of course! The Nook Card Sharks comp is still going strong. I could not BELIEVE it when I saw my name on the list - I am still in it! But it get’s harder – and from the weekend ahead of us – the public has a big part of the voting. So if you like my cards - I would love for you to vote when the time comes!!! No pressure though!! Simple stories

Just a quick post today, I want to get creating some teacher’s gift before I crash…

In the beginning of the month I got a lovely kit from Scottie’s containing Simple Stories “Generations”, little chipboard houses from Studio Calico, and a loooooovely red ribbon. Here are the two first LO’s with that kit:

About time for an update

Hi bloggy friends! I can’t believe it’s been 12 days since my last post. Where does time go?

This means I have some stuff to share. Ready?

First, my LO for the latest Challenge Me Happy challenge. A word/theme challenge this time – HOME. Have you uploaded your take yet? There are some awesome 7Gypsies embellies to win! I used Studio Calico stuff, and D-Lish Scraps goodies for my LO:

Then an album I did for Scottie Crafts a while back, using Simple Stories papers & stickers, and Scrapware chipboard. An album about Tova – being four!

When the album is back from the shop I will add some photos and dekos to July and August. And then can you believe she’s is five in 21 sleeps?? Scary!

Next, a LO that you might have seen in my last post, but here it is again with proper credits. A Christmas LO with papers from the Swedish manufacturer Maja Design that I got in a generous box from Mollys Scrapbooking. Most other dekos are from Mollys as well.

Almost August

I’m sure you are all as surprised as I am – it’s almost August! Wow, time really flies! And then comes September, and my eldest will start SCHOOL! Scary stuff… She’s ready though. Sooo ready. I’m not sure I am though!

Today I’m sharing my third LO that I did with Molly’s colourful July kit. Said almost 5-year old in the paddle pool last summer!

 

 

Oh how I miss summer. I hope it comes early this year…

For Scottie Crafts I have done some stuff with Simple Stories “life documented”. Such a cool range of papers. Have done a LO and a mini-album, here’s the LO of my “busy princess”:

Sooooooo; this is MY take on challenge #1:

 

 

There’s a lot of misting and a lot of chipboard going on there. Quite like it I think!

 

OK, what else can I share: Oh yes, a LO with the “Lawn Party” kit from Studio Calico. This months kit is SERIOUSLY delayed, which is a bit worrying, but fingers crossed it turns up eventually!

 

 

Misting, clouds, you’ve seen it all before. It’s what I do at the moment…

 

Can also share the latest LO I did for the Allt Om Scrap big issue, published a few weeks back. Using Echo Park for this one. LOVE the colours!

 

 

Title says “morning secrets”. It’s not the greatest photo, but to capture a moment like this of my girls, sharing secrets and playing nice feels like finding gold any day…

Exciting news!!

Have you seen my new baby? My new challenge blog “Challenge Me Happy” have just been revealed! It’s not the first time I’ve used Echo Park “for the record” range for a BoM LO. It just seems to fit so well for that theme!

I’ve been busy…

Hello friends! Thanks for stopping by my little home in blogland! I have been quite creative lately, and it’s time to share!

First, using Pink Paislee & Bo Bunny’s butterfly ranges. I got the papers both from Mollys and Scottie Craft this month, and this is what I have come up with:

Next up a few LO’s that I have done for the Cocoa Daisy spring crop. I had a lot of fun with these challenges, felt very inspired!!

Out of these challenge LO’s, I think “soar” is my favourite. I love that I can use my typewriter on a 12×12 paper!!! Have you got a fav among the LO’s I have shared today?

I’m a busy bee

Yes I am. But not with scrappy things really. Work is crazy, and family life is full on like normal.

I’m saving my crafty mojo for next weekend when I will be scrapping away at the Autumn Retreat in Taupo. Can’t wait! I just have NO IDEA what and how to pack. But that’s normal for me. I will just do what I normally do – pack everything…

I do have some LO’s to share with you though, but before I forget I’d like to remind you that a new ezine is out over at Allt om Scrap. The girls have created stunning stuff as usual, and also – please check out the big open publication from last week. Amazing inspiration and tutorials in there!

And – would also like to toot a little bit about Molly’s Scrapbooking. She has now opened an online shop! She still does the monthly kits, but you will be able to buy a lot of your other needs and wants from her shop!

OK, sharing! First a LO for Magistical Memories. I have used their scalloped border strip, and ther rest is Fancy Pants stuff!

I sprayed the border with pearl glimmermist.

I love my accordeon flowers!

And keeping with the colourful theme, two LO’s with Sassafras Lass for Scottie Crafts.

A little bit of this, and a little bit of that…

Aaaaanyway – I have a couple of LO’s to share today. First out, a LO based on a Pencil Lines sketch that was in the latest Allt om Scrap ezine. The theme this time was stars/space – and she is a star my Tova!!!

 Products used: Echo Park “Little Boy” pp’s, October Afternoon pp’s, misc tags & buttons, BG & AC alphas, Fiskars border & star punch, baker’s twine. Have also used a spellbinders die, a Tim Holtz die and my sewing machine!

Then, since I bought some of the new Prima from Scottie Crafts last time I was in, I decided to try the Prima BAP for the first time! Aaaaaall Prima on this LO, plus a couple of misc doilies! Oh – and that ribbon is another brand as well…

 

I’m totally in LOVE with the flocked rub-ons!!!
