More D-lish and fabulous news!

Today I sat down and created a LO I’ve had in my head for a little while. It took me about 20 minutes to do. I had the idea, I just needed to decide on photo, colours and  go! It’s with gorgeous stuff from D-lish Scraps, some Prima lace/bling & alphas, and some glimmermist. The chipboard piece is from Magistical Memories!

Details, because I can!

Now, you might have noticed that I like cool embellishments… So I am sooooooo excited to be one of the designers for the new, cool shop Handmade Halo Scrapbooking & Fashion Accessories! Go check it out, they have awesome stuff!!! Perfect for that “little extra” on your crafty project!

I’m a busy bee

Yes I am. But not with scrappy things really. Work is crazy, and family life is full on like normal.

I’m saving my crafty mojo for next weekend when I will be scrapping away at the Autumn Retreat in Taupo. Can’t wait! I just have NO IDEA what and how to pack. But that’s normal for me. I will just do what I normally do – pack everything…

I do have some LO’s to share with you though, but before I forget I’d like to remind you that a new ezine is out over at Allt om Scrap. The girls have created stunning stuff as usual, and also – please check out the big open publication from last week. Amazing inspiration and tutorials in there!

And – would also like to toot a little bit about Molly’s Scrapbooking. She has now opened an online shop! She still does the monthly kits, but you will be able to buy a lot of your other needs and wants from her shop!

OK, sharing! First a LO for Magistical Memories. I have used their scalloped border strip, and ther rest is Fancy Pants stuff!

I sprayed the border with pearl glimmermist.

I love my accordeon flowers!

And keeping with the colourful theme, two LO’s with Sassafras Lass for Scottie Crafts.

Beyond the page

In the last few months, I have not only been creating LO’s, I’ve also done a couple of  ”beyond the page” things. This is really out of my comfort zone, but I thought I’d share it anyway…

First a name banner that I made for Elsa’s birthday. You know I LOOOOOVE banners! It was for the Allt Om Scrap ezine, using Magistical Memories Chipboard, Fancy Pants papers, Webster’s bloomers & some other odds and ends.

Then, I’d like to show you my version of the many birdhouses that can be found in the scrappy online world. I did one with MLS papers a while ago, and one with my latest Molly’s Scrapbooking kit!

I think that’s enought photos for one post… I have a few LO’s to share, but will save them for another day! Thanks for stopping by!!!

Long time no see…

…and I blame technology!

First my camera died Christmas week. Then three weeks ago my laptop went bust, I finally got it back today (no major damage thank goodness). A week ago, my hubby’s PC also stopped working, so it’s been hard to keep up with what’s going on in cyber space, that’s for sure! (I’ve also got a replacement camera, so with my laptop back I now have 1000 odd photos to edit!)

Luckily life goes on, and I have kept up with taking photos every day. It has been a busy few weeks as I had my mum and sis visiting from Sweden. We had three wonderful weeks with them before they left last week, and now life is sort of back to normal.

A big change in my creative life is that I am no longer designing for Scrappin’ Patch. After two years on the team I decided it’s time to step back. Working full time has also made it difficult to keep up with the online commitment it means to be on that team. I already miss it, but it’s for the best.

Soooooo – I haven’t really had time to be creative, but I have a few things to share today!

First a LO for Allt Om Scrap, about the magical place where my home in Sweden is: TOLG.

I’m on holiday…

…so this will have to be a quick post. I’ve got my mum and little sis visiting from Sweden, so I’ve taken a few days off work. It’s been crazy before they arrived, and will continue to be so for a few more weeks. Just wanted to share my latest stuff, so here we go!

Anyway! I DO have some stuff to share with you! First, a take out kit that was sold out with Scrappin’ Patch before it even hit the online shop! Gotta love when that happens!

The papers I have played with are from Imaginisce, the dolphin stamp is also theirs. Add some cardstock, some buttons, some Prima flowers & bling, some kindyglitz, some lace,a chipboard crab, some buttons, some ink, some fabric to make a pretty flower  & some border punches and voila – four BEACH themed LO’s were born!

All the alphas are from my own (little) stash.

This next LO is also for Scrappin’  Patch, for my latest colour challenge. I want you to scrap in blue, pink and white!

Double trouble

Last Sunday a new HUGE ezine came out from Allt om Scrap. You can find it here. My contribution this time was a double LO. Don’t do them often, so this was a lot lof fun!

A boy page!

Believe it or not, I have done a boy page! My friend had a baby a few months ago, and I hace scrapped her little boy for Hannah’s colour challenge over at Scrappin’ Patch:

Products used: BG basics pp, MME papers & embellies, Tattered Angels glimmermist, Tim Holtz metal decos, Twiddleybitz chipboard, Zva Creative flowers & brads, BG alphas, AC thickers & Webster’s alphas & lace.

Then a LO “just because”. Doesn’t happen often! It’s quite simple, the products just makes this page pretty anyway I think. Oh – and my gorgeous Tova of course…

Then, last but not least, a LO that I made over a year ago but I still LOVE it. It was for my Up2Scrap application. My term there is now over and I will share some of my projects I made for them here on the blog now and then.

Short and sweet

Hi peeps! Thanks for visiting today, I’m sure you think I have fallen of the face of the earth… But no, life is just busy busy busy…

So, a quick share of my latest creations!

First, a LO made with Trina’s sketch as base:

Then, a LO for Magistical Memories:

Products used: October Afternoon pp’s, alphas & embellies, GCD paper strip, AC bloomer ribbon & alphas, baker’s twine, Jenni Bowlin butterfly, pearlmaker. The Magistical Memories nested circles are painted with Tim Holtz crackle paint.

This next LO was created for a recipe challenge in the Allt om Scrap ezine:

Products used: Echo Park papers & embellies, October Afternoon embellies, acrylic pait, BG buttons, misc stamps & tags, MLS & AC alphas, Hambly overlay, and a bit of sewing.

Lastly, the simplest page I have done all year I think, for a word challenge over at Scrappin’ Patch:
